At Meena Care Services, we provide quality personalized support to NDIS participants. Community Nursing Care Services

Whether you need community nursing care for a short period of time or ongoing for a longer time, we are here for you. Our aim is to not just take care of your physical health, we aim to also help you and your loved ones by making your health management as stress-free as possible. We provide individualised and flexible support, so you can live more independently. Depending on support needs and what you need day to day, we have staff available 24 hours, 7 days a week. With our highly knowledgeable team, we have created an environment that is homely, respectful, caring, safe and above all, enjoyable for all our clients.

Daily personal Activities (0107)

Participation in Community, social and Civic Activities (0125)

With this particular service, we will connect you with a suitable support worker who will fulfil all your community participation needs. Tell us your needs whether it’s attending a dance class, going to the beach, watching a play and we will work with you to come up with a plan to fulfil that need.

Assistance with Travel/Travel Arrangements (0108)

Travelling is a pillar of independence, and therefore, we make sure you are able to go out and about as independently as possible. Whether it is training you to use public transport or assisting you in your travels on a daily basis, our support worker will always be by your side. We take pride in being a team that is highly skilled and equipped with qualifications that are required to do the job right. One of our friendly support workers can drive you through to daily shopping, doctor appointments, work or study related activities, community centers, social gatherings and or other fun activities.

Assistance in Coordinating or Managing life Stages, Transitions and Supports (0106)

At Inclusive Care, we provide support and strengthen clients as they go through major stages, such as undertaking educational courses

Household Task (0120)

We know that having a clean and organized home promotes a sense of general well-being and positivity within the home. Our support workers will support domestic chores, including assistance with cleaning, dishwashing, laundry, fresh linen and ironing, in order to maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment for our clients.

Development of Daily Living and Life skills (0117)

We support our clients to take up life skills that promote their autonomy and individuality. This encourages the level of quality of life for our clients, building their confidence and ability to take on tasks that previously would have been challenging in their own individual capacity.

Innovative Community Participation (0116)

At Meena Care Services, we offer community programmes for recreational purposes such as art classes, sports coaching and similar activities that build skills and independence, this will help you to improve confidence, social skills, trusting relationships and independent living. We also provide you with safe and enjoyable activities to learn and develop new skills.

High Intensity Daily Personal activities (0104)

This services includes assistance with daily living tasks including but not limited to; Assistance with personal hygiene (showering, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing and personal grooming). Toileting / bowel management. In some cases, a participant’s condition may require the expertise and experience of a specialized support worker. Meena Care Services is able to provide support with these High Intensity Daily Personal Activities. These higher intensity supports are classified into three levels depending on participant needs and staff credentials, and Meena Care Services is able to provide support across Levels 1, 2, and 3. Some of the participants we have supported include quadriplegic individuals or those living with cerebral palsy. All of our disability support workers are trained in assist with medication, epilepsy awareness and management of wound and pressure care. Our mental health support team are trained in mental health first aid.

Psychosocial Recovery Coach

At Meena Care Services, we will connect you with Psychosocial Recovery Coaches who speak your language, understand your cultural needs. - Our recovery coaches are qualified mental health professionals from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse and Aboriginal backgrounds who are highly experienced. - Our coaches will work collaboratively with participants who have a psychosocial disability, and their families as well as carers, assisting them to better manage the complex challenges of day-to-day living. - Our recovery coaches understand the centrality and importance of family and community in recovery. - Our team of Aboriginal mental health professionals practice the holistic social and emotional wellbeing context of Aboriginal health. - Our coaches will listen to your personal goals, assist you in understanding your needs and walk alongside you in your recovery journey. - Our coaches will connect you to the relevant support services that will meet your needs. - Our culturally responsive service acknowledges the itinerant nature of Aboriginal people through flexibility of service boundary and care plans that follow the individual.
